The hotel is located in a peaceful setting with lovely surrounding grounds. It's centrally located to main roads, making it ideal for those driving from Cancun. Spacious rooms are on offer, along with well-prepared, reasonably priced breakfast options.
No food is available on-site in the evenings, but there are restaurants in the nearby town.

My stay at Hacienda Kaan Ac was truly magical. The historic castle-like hacienda and its expansive grounds transported me back in time. I had the entire house and grounds to myself, making it a truly unique and tranquil experience. The pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden, provided a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast, though not included, was delicious and served in a breathtaking setting. The location was also ideal, allowing me to easily explore Chichen Itzá and other Maya ruins. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

We stayed in this hotel during our city trip and we have to say that the surroundings were really beautiful. The gardens were a highlight and the presence of numerous animals on site added something special to our visit. We also had access to two pools which was great for cooling down in the heat. Another plus was the fact that the hotel was in a good location, making it easy to explore the local area.
Our experience at the hotel was marred by certain negative aspects. the staff were not very accommodating and seemed to lack basic communication skills.

I recently stayed at a stunning hacienda in Valladolid and I was blown away by the beautiful grounds and tranquil atmosphere. The entire property is fenced in and well-maintained, providing a safe and peaceful environment. The Red Villa where I stayed was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed exploring the castle museum on the property, learning about its fascinating history. The on-site restaurant also exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and excellent service at a reasonable price. I had a memorable experience at this hacienda and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
One minor drawback was the limited food services. Although the on-site restaurant offered great food, it was understaffed and had a limited menu.

The hotel was filled with beautiful and elegant surroundings from the moment we arrived, with a tranquil location that makes you feel like you're in a hidden oasis. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the lovely grounds with two swimming pools, making it easy and enjoyable to take a refreshing dip. We were also impressed with the accommodating staff who went out of their way to provide excellent service. Plus, we really appreciate the great value that this hotel offers.
Although the location was peaceful, it is a bit of a distance from the town center, so it's best to have a car for easy access. One thing that we disliked was that breakfast was not included in the room price, but it can still be ordered.
